The newest flagship reformer in the C series - Align-Pilates C8-Pro. The C8-Pro is a state-of-the-art reformer whose oversized aluminum frame and leg bar together with the updated 8 PU wheel cart system takes the user to the quietest and smoothest Pilates exercises ever. The C8-Pro includes a new patented Rapid change (RC) spring rod. The RC spring bar is the easiest and fastest spring adjustment mechanism on the market.
Many people make the purchase decision of a pilates machine based on its "running characteristics", and the biggest factor affecting the comfort of use is the number and type of wheels. The number of wheels and material determine the carriage's friction-free movement, noise, cross-load tolerance and the amount of maintenance required for optimal performance. The C8 uses eight "roller-skate"-type wheels, which are designed to give as quiet and smooth a ride as possible. The C8 reformer has a slightly higher rolling resistance compared to the 4-wheeled C2-Pro. As with the C2-Pro RC, the wheels run safely inside the aluminum frame profile.
The C8-Pro's rapid spring rod radically changes the ease and speed of reformer adjustment, which is especially useful for group classes, where the C8-Pro really excels. The quick adjustment of the resistances is a particularly desirable and useful feature for group lessons, where easy and quick use of the device is needed. It is possible to adjust the spring bar with the springs attached and with only one hand. This feature saves up to 12 movements compared to most reformers on the market!

The C8 Pro is stackable and can be raised to a free-standing position either with the new free-standing legs available as an accessory or with an additional leg kit. The set of additional legs increases the height of the reformer to 42 cm compared to the 26 cm height of the standard legs. Like previous C-Series Pro models, this one fits either the separately available Half Cadillac or Full Cadillac frames, making this the most versatile reformer in its class, offering fantastic value for money.

Compatibility with other C series reformers
Despite all the changes to the C8 Pro, all previous C Series accessories are still compatible. For example, mattress, extension, extension legs (42 cm), Half and Full Cadillac frames are suitable. This makes using the C8 Pro seamlessly with the C Series reformers in the same studio. In addition, for those who have already invested in previous C-series devices, the compatibility of spare parts is very high. This principle is one of the cornerstones of the Align-Pilates design.
