Description
The Modular Step Barrel & Arc (also known as the "Spine Corrector") significantly expands on the core functionality of the traditional Step Barrel, known for improving posture by lengthening and strengthening the muscles of the back, legs and shoulders. It conveniently fits into the shoulder rests of all Align-Pilates reformers, so it can be used both on the reformer and on the floor. When used on the floor, our step is equipped with a non-slip base and can be used with our 32" foam Gondola boom for additional exercise options. The Arc is removable and locks into place, so it can be used independently, providing an alternative curvature to our traditional stackable arch. It also features 3 loops on each side for the use of Align-Pilates resistance bands (light, medium and strong) to increase the intensity of your exercises and further expand the functionality of this versatile piece of equipment.
