Domestic delivery methods
Matkahuolto's Nearby package
Pickup from a Matkahuolto service point: Delivery to a Matkahuolto pickup point of your choice, such as a parcel machine, Matkahuolto, K-Market or R-kiosk, usually within 1-2 working days, in larger cities also on Saturdays. You will be notified as soon as your package is available for pickup.

You will receive a text message when the package is available for collection. If you do not have a phone number, an e-mail will be sent. The order will be collected from the location indicated in the arrival notification. The package will be handed over against identification. Identity can be proven with a driver's license, passport or police-issued ID card. If the person collecting the package is other than the recipient listed on the address card, the person collecting the package must have a power of attorney in addition to their ID card.
If you have selected a parcel locker as your pickup point, you will also receive a code to open the locker in the message.
The package will be kept at the pickup point for 7 days, after which the order will automatically be returned to us.

Matkahuolto - Home delivery
Home delivery items are delivered to the recipient's address anywhere in Finland. The recipient is notified of the incoming Home Delivery by text message or email, and the delivery time is agreed with the recipient. Delivery times vary by location, but in larger locations delivery times are also available in the evenings and on Saturdays.
Postal package
Pick up your ordered products from the Posti pick-up point of your choice. They will generally arrive the next working day after dispatch. You will be notified of arrival by text message, email and the Posti mobile app, if you have one. If no information is available, a paper notification will only be sent for shipments picked up from Posti outlets.
The reminder message will be delivered on the 4th day by text message, email and mobile app. On the 8th day, a paid reminder will be delivered by letter if desired. The package can be picked up from the post office by presenting the arrival notification / shipment ID and ID card. The shipment is picked up from the parcel machine using the slot code. The package is stored for 14 days and in parcel machines for 7 days. The pickup points are located along good transport connections, in places with extended opening hours, often also on weekends and in the evenings. Service points and opening hours can be found here.
Posti Home Package
The order will be delivered to the customer, as a rule, on the next business day after the order is processed, at a time agreed with the customer between 9 am and 9 pm.
The customer will be called and a delivery time will be agreed for the ordered products. Shipments will be delivered to recipients on weekdays. In the largest cities, delivery is possible until 9 pm. In other areas, shipments will be delivered by 2 pm.
If the recipient cannot be reached after two attempts to call, a call request card will be sent to them to arrange a delivery time. The package will be kept at the post office for one week from the week of arrival and the transport unit for the week of arrival and one full calendar week, after which the shipment will be returned to the sender.
