Domestic delivery methods
Matkahuolto Lählä package
Pickup from a Matkahuolto service point: Delivery to the Matkahuolto pick-up point of your choice, such as a parcel machine, Matkahuolto, K-Market or R-kiosk, as a rule within 1-2 working days, in the biggest cities also on Saturdays. You will receive a notification as soon as your package is available for pickup.

The arrival notification comes via text message when the package is available for pickup. If there is no phone number in use, an e-mail will be sent. The order will be picked up at the location indicated in the arrival notice. The package will be handed over against an identity card. You can prove your identity with a driver's license, passport or an identity card issued by the police. If the recipient of the package is someone other than the recipient indicated on the address card, the package recipient must have a power of attorney in addition to his or her identity card.
If you have chosen a parcel machine as the pick-up point, you will also receive the code to open the compartment in the message.
The package is stored at the pick-up point for 7 days, after which the order is automatically sent back to us.
From Matkahuolto's tracking, you can track your order's journey to the pick-up point with the tracking code sent to your email.
Matkahuolto - Home delivery
Home delivery shipments are delivered to the recipient's address anywhere in Finland. The recipient will be notified of the incoming Kotijakelu by text message or email, and the delivery time will be agreed with the recipient. The delivery time windows differ by location, in the largest locations delivery times are also available in the evenings and on Saturdays.
Postal package
Pick up the products you ordered from the Posti pick-up point of your choice. As a rule, it arrives the next working day after sending. The arrival notification comes via text message, e-mail and Posti's mobile application, if it is in use. If the information is missing, a paper notification will only be sent for shipments picked up at Posti offices.
A reminder message is delivered on the 4th day by text message, email and mobile application. On the 8th, if desired, a paid reminder will be sent in the form of a letter. The package can be picked up from the post office by presenting the arrival notification / tracking number and ID. The shipment is picked up from the parcel machine with a compartment code. The package storage period is 14 days and 7 days in parcel machines. Pickup points are located along good transport connections, in places with extensive opening hours, often also on weekends and evenings. Service points and opening hours can be found here.
Letter
Orders that only contain products that can fit in a maximum 30 mm thick mailing box, such as socks, gloves, pilates balls, etc., are delivered as a home delivery letter. The system recognizes the products that fit in a home delivery letter. If your order contains large-sized products, this delivery method is not presented as an option at the store's checkout. The letter is usually received 2 to 6 business days after sending. At most, a letter to be delivered home is sent in a 30 mm thick, A4-sized mailing box, which may not fit through all mailboxes - in that case the deliverer leaves an arrival notice and the shipment must be picked up at the post office. A shipment weighing a maximum of 500 g is delivered by letter. If the total weight of the shipment exceeds 500 g, the letter shipment will not be shown as a delivery option at checkout.
Posti Home package
The order is delivered to the customer until it arrives, as a rule, on the following weekday from the order processing date, at a time agreed with the customer between 9 am and 9 pm.
The customer is called and a delivery time is agreed for the ordered products. Shipments are delivered to recipients on weekdays. In the biggest cities, delivery is possible until 9 p.m. In other areas, shipments are delivered by 2 p.m.
If the recipient cannot be reached after two attempts to call, a call request card will be sent to him to agree on a delivery time. The package is kept at the post office for one week the week of arrival and the transport unit for the week of arrival and one full calendar week, after which the shipment is returned to the sender.
