Products are sold to both individuals and companies.
Ordering from the online store
Ordering from the online store is done by selecting the desired product. The desired quantity is set for the product and it is added to the shopping cart. Before placing the order, the customer can view and remove products from the shopping cart or cancel the entire order. Products are purchased by moving forward in the shopping cart according to the instructions and entering the requested information. Check the order summary before submitting the order. The order is always accompanied by the customer's obligation to pay.
The online store has the right not to accept the order without giving a reason. The online store does not guarantee that the products displayed on the pages are available. The online store reserves the right to cancel the order also in the case of clear price errors. A clear price error refers to a product pricing error in the online store in such a way that the product's price deviates so significantly from the product's recommended price that the customer is considered to understand the error in the price.
Order confirmation
After receiving the order, we send an order confirmation to the customer's email.
Tariff
Prices include VAT. We reserve the right to price changes. Obvious price errors can lead to the cancellation of orders, see section Ordering from the online store. By purchasing from the online store, the customer accepts that the online store will send the subscriber letters, e-mails and possibly text messages in matters related to the order and delivery.
Delivery of products
Product delivery is easily managed with the help of our contractual partners (Posti and Matkahuolto and, if necessary, other freight service providers).
Delivery costs include postage / freight and packaging costs. You can see the delivery costs after choosing the payment and delivery method of the shopping cart. Large packages, e.g. fitness equipment, are delivered as freight to the nearest door on Maantaso. Smaller orders are delivered as a postal package or with the services of Matkahuolto. Larger orders, such as packages weighing more than 35 kg, are delivered by Matkahuolto or another similar service provided by a Trainikamat.fi contract partner. We offer free home delivery to the Kotka-Hamina area.
It is possible to pick up the order from our warehouse at Ruuvikatu 4, 48770 Kotka, in which case there will be no delivery fee on the invoice. You will receive a message from the online store when your product order has been processed. Please call our warehouse in advance at +358 504 667 269 between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and state your desired pick-up time. We collect the products ready for pickup.
Orders are mailed on weekdays. The delivery time for products delivered from the warehouse is usually 1-4 business days. If the delivered products are made-to-order products or can be assembled to order, the delivery time is usually 1-2 weeks.
Posti will notify you of the product's arrival either by email, text message, letter or all of these. Posti keeps the products for seven days, after which the order is returned to the sender. A one-time compensation of €20 can be charged for an order that was not picked up and returned to the warehouse. The purpose of compensation is to cover the costs incurred for processing, packing, sending and returning the order. The returned order can be sent again if the customer does not want to cancel the order completely.
If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported to the online store immediately, but within 14 days. Packages damaged during delivery must be reported to the company responsible for delivery without delay.
The online store is not responsible for delays in deliveries that are independent of the online store. If the delivery is delayed by more than 14 business days, please contact our customer service: kaspalvelu(at)trainikamat.fi or by phone 050 466 7269 from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
