Customer returns

Returns are easy and the return period is 14 days. By reading these instructions, you will be assured of your rights when placing an order and making returns will be easy and quick for both you and us. These terms and conditions are valid in the TREENIKAMAT.fi online store and apply to consumer customers.

Return period and notification of return

Customers of the TREENIKAMAT.fi online store have a 14-day right of return for products they have ordered. When canceling their purchase, the customer must notify the company within the return period. Notification of the returned product can be made by email to customerservice[at]treenikamat.fi.

If the last day of the cancellation period falls on a weekend or a public holiday, the cancellation notice can be submitted on the first working day. No reasons need to be given for exercising the right of cancellation. The customer has the right to notify the cancellation also before the goods are delivered.

The return period is calculated from the receipt of the goods or the last batch of goods. In the case of regularly delivered goods, the cancellation period is calculated from the receipt of the first batch of goods.

However, simply returning the goods or not picking them up from the post office is not enough - we ask that you notify us of the incoming return and pick up the order in time. A one-time fee of €20 may be charged for an order that is not picked up and returned to the warehouse.

The purpose of the compensation is to cover the costs incurred in processing, packaging, shipping and returning the order. A returned order can be resent if the customer does not wish to cancel the order completely. New shipping costs will be charged for resentment of an order that has not been picked up.

Posti and Matkahuolto store the products for seven days, after which the order is automatically returned to the sender. Once the order has arrived for collection, you will receive a pickup notification by email and a text message twice before it is returned to the sender.

Getting to know the product

The customer must keep the goods they have received essentially unchanged and undiminished, so that they have the right to receive a full refund of the amount paid in the event of cancellation. The customer may open or unpack the packaging without losing the right to cancel in order to check the properties and functionality of the product. If the customer takes the product into use, he is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods. If the product has become unsellable when the customer becomes familiar with the product, TREENIKAMAT.fi may refuse to refund the amount paid by the customer for the product.

Returning an order

We charge a return fee of €9.90 (including VAT). You have a 14-day right of return for the products you ordered. Return the products unused and in resaleable condition as you received the product.

1. Send an email to customer service

Send an email to Trainikamo's customer service and provide information about the product you are returning and also include your own information in the message. We process returns every Friday:

I will include at least the following information in the email:

1. Order number and subscriber name

2. Returnable products

3. Reason for return

4. No account information is required, the refund will be made to the payment method you used.

5. You will receive a return code from us in the return mail.

2. Pack the shipment carefully

If possible, use the same packaging you received your order in. Seal the package carefully. The package does not have to be pretty, as long as it provides the necessary protection for the products during transport.

4. Take the package to Posti*

Take the package to a Posti outlet and show the clerk our Posti contract number. The shipment can be returned to a pick-up point machine using the pick-up code. The return costs for orders returned through services other than Posti are the responsibility of the customer. Returning the package to a Posti outlet is free of charge.

5. Keep your return receipt**

You will see the return tracking code on the receipt and can track the package to our warehouse. The tracking code is needed in the extremely rare situations where the return does not return to us correctly.

*The customer can leave the returned product for delivery by Posti. Upon request, the returnee will receive a receipt from Posti for leaving the shipment for delivery. If the customer delivers the return in any other way than mentioned above, TREENIKAMAT.fi will not be responsible for the costs incurred by the return, unless otherwise agreed.

**If the customer cancels the transaction, the goods must be returned no later than 7 days after the cancellation notification. It is the customer's responsibility to prove, if necessary, that the goods have been returned within the specified time limit. If the return cannot be proven, for example with a return tracking code, we are not responsible for lost, returned orders - the sender is always responsible for the shipments.

***We will refund the value of returned products, shipping costs are not refundable.

The right of return does not apply

  • goods delivered sealed and which cannot be returned after opening the package for health or hygiene reasons
  • goods manufactured or modified according to the consumer's requirements or clearly made to meet personal needs
  • products that are perishable or expire quickly, or products that, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery

For example, such products include supplements, vitamins and other foods, as well as intimate products such as respirators and socks, and liquid products such as detergents and oils.

Product replacement

To make the return process smoother, we have stopped making product exchanges at the warehouse. If you want to exchange a product for another, you can place a new order for another product in the online store and return the original order. This way, you will receive the products quickly without having to wait for the return to arrive at the warehouse or provide additional information for the return. The returned product will be processed normally once it arrives at the warehouse.

Processing time and refund of return

We will process returns received at our warehouse as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days. We will also refund the payment received from the customer, excluding the shipping costs paid, as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the returned shipment.

The refund of the order will always be made to the payment method used for the order. Only in the event that the refund to the payment method used is not successful for some reason, the refund can be made to the account provided by the customer. For this purpose, we ask for the account number to which the refund can be paid. Otherwise, we never ask for our customers' account numbers or other bank details.

Alternatively, the customer can be offered a refund, for example, in the form of a gift card or a product of equivalent value, in which case the customer has the option to accept the offered alternative or refuse it altogether and receive a refund.
