The 4 mm thick yoga mat offers good support from the ground, and the textured PVC surface ensures grip. This classic mat is great for different yoga styles, especially Flow and Power yoga. The mat is made of highly durable PVC and has a lifetime warranty from the manufacturer. The material does not contain any latex or harmful phthalates.
Manufacturer's care instructions: Yoga mats can release a strong but harmless odor when they are first opened from the package. Ventilate the carpet 2-3 days before use. Spot cleaning with Gaiam's own yoga mat wash or a damp cloth, cold water and a mild detergent. Avoid rubbing to prevent color spread. Allow to dry properly before rolling. The carpet can fade and become brittle if it is exposed to sunlight for long periods of time. We recommend storing the mat in a yoga mat bag when not in use.
