Yoga Wall ™ is an innovative and versatile training concept for yoga on the wall. Thanks to the extensive accessories, the wall can also be used for numerous Pilates and rehabilitation exercises as well as therapeutic work.
The yoga wall is not a new invention: BKS Iyengar already used the wall as an aid in his teaching decades ago. With the help of ropes attached to the yoga wall, his students were able to practice asanas safely and correctly - to hold them longer or to perform certain postures that would otherwise be impossible to perform.
Yoga Wall ™ is a traditional concept in a modern form
Yoga Wall ™ is the result of further development of the Iyengar wall. The concept has been improved and adapted to meet the needs of modern yogis and athletes. The original hooks were replaced with flat wall plates, where the equipment can be attached and removed in a few seconds.
Simple ropes have been replaced with padded, adjustable straps. Other accessories are also available, such as hip straps, handles and bars.
