A set of seven sound bowls for yoga, meditation and sound therapy.
The sound bowl set made according to the Tibetan model consists of seven bowls of different sizes, which can be stacked inside each other. The bowls are machine-made. The aesthetic carvings are made by hand both inside and outside in India according to the Tibetan model. Machine-made sound bowls are an affordable alternative to hand-made bowls, and they are valued for their uniform shape and clear, clear sound.
Each sound bowl in the set has a slightly different tone. That's why the set is very suitable for sound massage or chakra sound therapy. Sound bowls can also be used during the relaxation phase in yoga or relaxing sound tours. The Tibetan sound bowl set also includes a mallet and a pillow under each bowl.

Sound bowls have a warm, rich and long sound and are often used for relaxation. Typically, sound bowls are used as part of meditation, yoga exercises, sound therapy and sound massages. The harmonious and nurturing sound of the sound bowl helps to get into a deeply relaxed state, and the sounds are felt in the body as relaxing signals.
