Bodhi's crystal sound bowls are made of quartz. Different sized bowls have a different sound/note. Compared to metal sound bowls, crystal bowls produce clear, bright sounds with harmonious tones. These are often considered energetically cleaner. Metal sound bowls, on the other hand, produce warmer and earthier sounds. Both types have their own advantages, which are used according to personal preference.
