Description
With the rotating push-up handle, you get a new twist on push-ups. The rotary motion allows the hand to move. This activates the muscles of the chest, shoulders and arms in a more versatile way than a normal push-up where the hands are still. You can also do balance exercises with the handles or develop the core by removing the handle and using only the rotating platform.
The strain on the wrist and elbow is reduced thanks to the rotation of the handles.
