The GT 4.0 treadmill has a DC motor with a maximum power of 2.5 hp, thanks to which the maximum possible running speed is up to 18 km/h. The speed can be adjusted in 0.1 km/h increments. The incline can be adjusted to 15 different angles, so you can also practice hill moves if you want. Despite its slender appearance, the frame of the treadmill is very sturdy and stays well in place. The 50 x 142 cm running area offers enough space for longer strides. The HDS (Hidden Damper System) shock absorption system effectively reduces the stress on the joints, and is thus a significantly better running surface compared to, for example, asphalt.
It is easy to monitor the progress of the exercise on the large LED screen. The screen shows the training time, distance, speed, calories burned, the slope of the mat and real-time heart rate. You can choose from 36 ready-made training programs, from which you will surely find a challenge that suits your fitness level. Manually changing the speed is done easily with hotkeys. The handles of the treadmill have heart rate sensors, and for more accurate measurement you can purchase a separately sold heart rate belt (Polar compatible). The device is Bluetooth ready, so you can search for more training programs in various applications, such as Zwift, Kinomap and Fitshow.
Transport wheels and a foldable frame make it easy to store the treadmill.
