Description

Sliding plates or discs are designed for power training of the middle body and upper body.

Sliding discs can be used, for example, to vary push-ups, planks, mountain climbers or squats. For example, try sitting in a high plank, and then move your hands alternately to the sides or forward and back. You have to activate the middle body even better when the static movement is changed to dynamic. Sliders are suitable for many types of exercises, such as rehabilitation, resistance training and HIIT training. The puck can be placed either under the hands or under the feet, depending on the movement. The puck has different surfaces on each side. The slippery side is suitable for use on a carpet, the cloth side on a bare floor. The diameter of the disk is about 17.5 cm.
