PowerBlock's adjustable Pro series 22.5 kg dumbbells

This model cannot be extended to larger weights. The model has eight weight packs and two additional chrome weights, which enables very precise weight adjustment.

Suitable for trainers who are looking for more weights for training, but do not aim for really big strength levels, which would require weights of up to 41 kg, which the EXP models make possible. 22.5 kilos in one dumbbell is a lot of resistance and offers opportunities for growth and sweaty workouts far into the future.

In the Pro series dumbbells, the handles and weight plates are coated, which makes the weights quieter and gives a better grip to the hand. Covered weights are also gentler on the training platform. However, do not throw or drop weights from a height.

2. Handle

• The open space of the inner surface maximizes the range of movement and increases ergonomics together with the molded rubber handle. The handle can hold everyone's hand.

3. Automatic locking

• Automatic locking on the handle simplifies micro-adjustments of one kilogram (2.5 lbs), which are made by removing additional chrome weights inside the handle part
• To remove extra weights, tilt the handle back so the extra weights don't fall out uncontrollably. Carefully remove the weights and put them aside, for example in the storage compartment of the weight rack. Place the handle back inside the weights to close the lock or do the closing by hand.
• To add weights, repeat the same process from end to beginning.

4. Side rails

• The color codes of the side rails match the colors of the weight table, which makes it easier to choose the weights

5. Weight selector pin

• With the help of the pin, you can easily and quickly choose the weights you want by placing the pin between the side rails of the weights you want
• For example, by placing the pin under the entire weight pack, you select all weights to use, or by removing the entire pin, you select only the handle as a weight (+ possible additional chrome weights inside)
• The pin is made of strong polypropylene and is rated to withstand a weight of up to 230 kilograms (500 lbs). Magnets inside the pin keep it securely in place.
