Carpet storage:
Roll the mat on a tight roll - the upper side of the mat facing out (this way your mat always rests straight and flat during the exercise)
Implementation of the carpet:
The carpet only gets better with use, but if it seems slippery to you at first, spread coarse salt on the carpet and rub the carpet with a damp sponge, preferably let it dry in the sun.

We recommend using Manduka's own carpet cleaner, it disinfects and refreshes the carpet, but also takes care of the carpet's surface.
