The Rauha yoga bolster is a versatile aid for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Use the cushion to prevent overstretching, provide support, maintain clean lines in asana, and open up the body. The Rauha is narrower than a 'standard' bolster, measuring just 16 cm in diameter. The slim bolster fits perfectly under the knees in forward bends or under the neck in savasana.
Wiano yoga bolsters are high quality and very sturdy. The cover of the tube cushion is made of thick cotton and filled with ecological buckwheat husk. The bolster cover is removable and washable. Thanks to the zipper, you can add or remove the filling if necessary, so you always get the support that suits your needs. There is a convenient carrying handle at one end of the bolster.
