Usage tips:
Choose the appropriate hardness and roll the massage ball in the area that needs massage:
- When massaging the lower back, start from a sitting position. Place the ball between your back and a chair or wall
- Calves can be conveniently massaged by sitting or lying on the floor while gently rolling the ball between the calf and the floor
- Shoulders and upper back. Place the ball between your shoulders/shoulders and support yourself against the wall. Roll the ball in a wide area across the entire upper back. The movement is easiest to perform while standing.
- To massage the neck and shoulder area, roll the ball around the neck while holding the ball in your hand. The same technique is also suitable for arm massage.
