How does it work?

1. Make sure your employer belongs to the GoByBike service
2. Register as a service user here
3. Choose the bicycle and equipment you want from our selection, and send us your contact information and the GoByBike order form. You can send information and additional questions by e-mail to customer service@trainikamat.fi If necessary, we will contact you for more information
4. We will forward your order to the service provider, who will provide you with the contract terms of the order
5. Check and accept the rental agreement you received via the email link you received
6. Accept delivery
7. The bike is ready to ship to you!
