A free-standing punching bag with a flexible stand.
The very stable stand can be filled with water or sand. The rack can hold +100 kg of water, so the punching bag does not move with a very small impact. If necessary, the substrate can be made even heavier with sand or a mixture of sand and water. A free-standing punching bag is perfect for spaces where hanging the bag from the ceiling is not an option. Easy to store out of the way when not in use. It is recommended to leave at least 1 m of space around the punching bag, as it moves a little with each punch. You should also leave enough space around the bag so that you can practice different steps and dodge.
