The Apollo Big Boy electrically assisted fatbike runs in any weather and on all terrains. A great option if you're looking for a go-to game for year-round driving.
The bike model is suitable for both women and men, the 26-inch size is recommended for riders 160-180 cm tall. The bike has a light aluminum frame and an aluminum handlebar, pedals, handlebar holder and seat tube with quick release. The total weight of the bike is only 26 kg. Thanks to the advanced design, Big Boy is very stable to pedal even on steep downhills. The thru-axle of the rear fork brings additional stiffness to the driving feel.
The bike has attractive 26/4" tires. Thanks to the wide wheels, the fat bike has an amazing load capacity, which means it runs incredibly well in snow, soft sand and swampy terrain. The bike is suitable for cross-country trips, but thanks to the electric assistance, it also works for city or commuting. With the adjustable electric resistance, you can always decide for yourself how lightly you want to pedal.
Apollo's bike has very high-quality parts, such as Shimano's 7-speed gearbox and Samsung's 36 V battery, which can be used to ride around 40-50 km depending on the user's weight, weather conditions and the hilliness of the terrain. Different ways of using the battery consume the battery differently. For example, in severe frost, the battery is consumed more at the beginning of cycling than when the engine has warmed up properly. Battery charging time from empty to full 4–6 hours. The electric motor assists up to a maximum speed of 25 km/h.
The renewed Ultra model has a better level of equipment than the cheaper Big Boy, for example a larger screen, fenders, a stand and lights.
