Description
The renewed Salla barefoot shoe has a seamless fabric surface made with 3D knitting technology.
A very flexible and breathable shoe for spring and summer use. The shoe feels as soft as a sock, but still protects the soles of the feet from the unevenness of the ground and sharp points. A simple model without straps or anything extra. The surface of the fabric is slightly shiny.
The renewed NatuRun™ Minimo outsole is also made from recycled Ecorubber™ material. The thickness of the sole is only 2.5 mm. As usual for barefoot shoes, the Salla model has a wide last that allows the toes to move naturally. No rise under the heel or cleats.

Why barefoot shoes?
The idea of barefoot shoes is to activate the foot and its several small muscles, which atrophy when wearing thick-soled shoes. Muscle atrophy is followed by back, knee and leg pain. When moving in thin-soled shoes, the leg muscles are activated and become stronger, and blood circulation automatically increases. With barefoot shoes, the risk of injury decreases as the muscles are stronger.
