Sophie ballerinas are handmade in Europe. The material of the shoe is high-quality leather and suede. The last of the shoe is wide, but not quite as wide as many other barefoot shoes, so please measure your feet carefully to ensure the right size. The outsole, which is only 4 mm thick, offers an excellent feel on the ground. The removable insole makes it easier to ventilate and clean the shoes between uses. You can also wear the shoes without insoles if you want an even stronger feeling of bare feet. The upper edge of the ballerina has an elastic band that helps the shoe stay on the foot and reduces chafing.
Barefoot shoes allow the feet to move naturally without improper support or restrictions, strengthening the muscles of the feet.
