Head pillow for reformer

The head pillow supports the head according to the shape of the neck while you do exercises with the reformer.

Please note that the pillow should not be used in all exercises such as:

1. Do not use the pillow in exercises where you have to raise your pelvis above your head.
2. Use a pillow to increase comfort and support for straightening the body during exercises performed lying on your back.
