These kick pads are made of Maya Hide synthetic leather, which withstands even the toughest exercises and stays like new for a long time. Inside the pillow, there is a multi-layered gel and foam filling that stops shocks and spreads their force over the entire area of the pillow.
The Thai Pad pillow can be used to receive various kicks and punches. Great for practicing knee and elbow strikes, for example.
