The nylon strap included in the set is very durable, tear-proof and adjustable. This allows you to easily set the ball at the appropriate height for each boxer. The flexible, rubber Benji strap, on the other hand, brings speed to the ball. The tighter the Benji strap is tightened, the faster the ball returns to its place after hitting.
