Description
Hitting a pear ball or speed ball develops hand-eye coordination, strength and reflexes.
The pear ball is attached to the ceiling from a metal bracket. When hitting, the ball swings and quickly returns to its place to be hit again. The most important thing in hitting a pear ball is timing, so that the ball keeps moving, it has to be caught at just the right moment. Make the workout more versatile by dodging swings and stepping around the ball. As control improves, punches become faster and faster, and you can practice different punch sequences and rhythms. Great for warm-up and actual technique training. Training also helps to find the right position of the hands, the boxer should get used to keeping his hands constantly in front of his face in a defensive position, in case of the opponent's blows.
In fast-paced speed ball training, the heart rate will definitely increase!
Strong double stitching, durable cowhide and a thick rubber inner ball make this pear ball really long-lasting. An excellent choice for both home and boxing gyms.
