This Align-Pilates Modular Step Barrell and Arc (also known as the Spine Corrector) may be one of the best buys for Pilates.
It effortlessly combines the features of the two instruments. The modular Step Barrel and Arc brings a lot of new features to the functionality of the traditional Step Barrell. Step Barrell offers several exercise opportunities to improve posture by strengthening and stretching the muscles of the back, legs and shoulder area. It is an excellent addition to mat pilates classes among other exercises. This Step Barrell fits nicely on top of all our Reformer models, so it can also be used as a supplement to Reformer exercises.
The bottom of the product has a non-slip base, which prevents it from sliding on the floor or on top of the Reformer. The product fits the Roll Up bar, 81 cm, made of maple in our selection. The Roll Up bar does not come with the product.
The Arc part of Step Barrell is removable, so it can also be used as a separate arc. A detached bow brings an alternative bow to the user's repertoire. When used in Step Barrell, the arc is locked in place.
The last detail of the product's versatility is the three attachment loops on each side, to which you can tie, for example, a resistance rubber band and do exercises with resistance. This increases the product's repertoire possibilities considerably.
